We may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device(s), system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Service. We may also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, which could include your IP address, cookie information, browser information, and the page you request. This information is not deemed by us to constitute Personal Information and while we will not use it in a way that associates such information with you, such information may be aggregated and used. We own this information and may use it in any manner we deem appropriate.

What is a Cookie?

Like most websites, we use our own cookies (also called “first party” cookies) and third-party cookies. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or mobile application. Cookies are then sent back to the originating site on each subsequent visit, or to another site that recognizes that cookie(s). You can find out more information about cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org

Cookies are widely used in order to make sites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the website or platform.

We use cookies to enhance the online experience of our visitors (for example, by remembering your language and/or product preferences) and to better understand how our Website is used. Cookies may tell us, for example, whether you have visited our site before or whether you are a new visitor.  We may also use a cookie which functions as a “session” cookie, meaning that it is used to identify a particular visit.  Session cookies expire after a short time or when you close your web browser.  We may also use cookies to help to ensure that advertisements you see online are more relevant to you and your interests.  Other cookies are ‘permanent cookies,’ meaning that they survive after your browser is closed. They can be used by the Website to recognize your computer or mobile device when you open your browser and browse the Internet again.

Web Beacons: We, as well as our affiliate program partners, service providers, and other third parties, may employ a software technology called web beacons (a.k.a. clear gifs), that help us better manage content on our Website by informing us of what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users for our affiliate program. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages. This information is used to help improve the overall quality and experience of our Service. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ Personal Information.

An Embedded Script: is programming code we may also use that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your computer or other device from our server or a third party service provider and is deactivated or deleted when you disconnect from the Service.

Flash & HTML5: We may also use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store content, information, and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity may also use LSOs such as HTML 5 & Flash to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs. To manage Flash LSOs please click here:

In addition, we may use a variety of other technologies that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes.
